Hi, I'm Susan Telford 🌹
Welcome! I am glad you are here!
When I was wee I could never decide what I wanted to be when I grew up: French teacher/opera singer/air hostess/farmer's wife with 10 kids.
Now I understand why I could never settle on one thing. These days there is even a phrase for it: I am a multi-hyphenate!
So, currently I am a transformational coach-spiritual mentor-poet-writer-Maths tutor-end of life doula in training- independent funeral celebrant.
So you may have landed here for differing reasons.
So start with the Everything page (thanks to Lizzy Goddard for this genius idea, that is perfect for multi-hyphenates who can't "niche down"! ).
Over there you will find everything I currently offer.
HERE'S WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
I found Be You some years ago and immediately knew that I had discovered a gem. I had no idea of how much it would change my life, lovingly challenging me to shed the masks, the conditioned mind, and open the doors to love’s presence.
From Be You I stepped into the original Slowing Down to the Speed of Grace, several years later, a second SDSG and now a Seventh Sense Symposium. All of this was in an environment surrounded by authentic, supportive, non-judgmental, open-hearted, loving companions who became family, each growing from wherever they stood in the moment.
Susan creates a space where you feel safe to be vulnerable as you discover and let go of the layers that hide the gorgeousness of who you are, that which seems to beckon you, to call you, a sense of there is something more than simply this life that I have and am living. I say go for it.
Your life is enhanced, enriched, the icing added to the cake. Susan is the real deal.
I had questions and thoughts and ideas that were bubbling up inside me, but I didn’t trust myself enough to think what I had to say actually mattered.
And then I met Susan. From our very first meeting, I knew that I was meant to work with her. I found her to be insightful, compassionate, and honest. The term “Spiritual Midwife” is a true description of Susan. I could feel these ideas and thoughts taking shape and emerging from me - with Susan asking questions, offering guidance, and reminding me to breathe.
Over the 6 months I worked with Susan, I found my confidence. I learned to establish boundaries and the importance of self-care. I learned tools to use when I feel myself getting off track - tools to bring myself back to center and reminders to stay present. I could go on and on.
But I will end this by saying from my heart that working with Susan has been a joy and a privilege. I will be eternally grateful for the wisdom and guidance she has given me.
