I feel really blessed to have been a founding participant of the life-changing SDSG programme. My goal at the start was to increase my self-confidence and to stop the negative self-talk. I found that the course seemed to be divinely woven into the tapestry of my life with many resonances. It was as if it made sense of other aspects of my life to date that had always been a conundrum.

I enjoyed being in an environment where spirituality was at the core and enjoyed the discussion of all things spiritual. It was really great to feel heard and seen which I think is one of Susan’s many gifts. Susan is completely open and her generosity of spirit is very inspiring. I would recommend this programme to anyone who is looking to delve deep into their spiritual life. You will come away with a fresh perspective and a toolkit with which to approach life with all its colours and textures.

The experience of SDSG was a gift that Susan masterfully prepared for us all, and we got to
unwrap the thoughtful writing exercises, beautiful guided meditations, and many group
discussions over an extended period of time. Yes, it took a commitment on my part. It
asked of me willingness to see my old blind-spots (many of which, as it turned out, we
women seem to share), and a desire to change. So, if you would like to go
deeper within your being  in the spirit of kindness and
acceptance, I would warmly recommend SDSG to you. I shared my SDSG
journey in the safety of the other women in the group who also traversed their own inner
landscapes side-by-side with me. It was a good way to travel, I think, and a journey I
could continue while Grace is no longer something outside, but something
lighting from within me.

Slowing Down to the Speed of Grace is a wonderful program. As a participant in the Program, I have become more aware of the need for me to go within, rather than "figure out" what I should be doing.

 Susan has a wealth of knowledge and  wonderful coaching skills. She also shares  beautiful poetry (hers and other poets) relating to the need for us to inhabit ourselves, take care of ourselves, and "listen within" to the direction for our next action. 

 Susan has brought together a beautiful group of women who are “walking each other home” as she gives us the tools to slow down to the speed of grace.

Without hesitation I can say that Slowing  Down to the Speed of Grace with Susan Telford was one of the best gifts ever unwrapped, a gift that keeps on giving!
 
Susan draws from an unending Source of wisdom, experience, a huge loving heart as she takes you on a journey (and takes herself as an equal participant) through a doorway to learning to live as your authentic self, the truth of You. You begin loving who you are, accepting, dropping long-built up masks, healing wounds that block awareness of Love’s presence and trusting your own inner guidance/wisdom. I felt strengthened in balancing the outward demands of daily living with the inner discovery of the presence of Grace. All of this is with a group of like-minded people who support each other with love and sharing that is tangible through Zoom meetings. If you are considering taking this journey, I say take the leap…Nothing to lose and everything to gain because you gain yourself.
